Fabric to Plastic "J" Extrusions

Sewing Instructions
Use a high quality bonded nylon thread (threads USA, 69 Twistlon Plus or equivalent) to sew the fabric to the extrusion. With the fabric edge aligned to the outboard side of the extrusion. Sew a single sew line. Fold over the fabric so that it's edge is aligned with the inboard edge of the extrusion and sew a single line. At the ends of the sew lines a back stitch of 3/4" (18mm) is required. The sewing machine should be set for 4-5 stitches per inch.
